My husband and I did the tour on Sunday 28th March 2021. Everything about the day was fantastic. Our tour guide Kat was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some beautiful lookouts which we definitely wouldn't have seen had we gone on our own. Scenic World was amazing, especially the steep train! We were surprised that we were taken to Featherdale Wildlife Park as part of the package, we loved it there and we had our photo taken patting a koala, an amazing experience. We also had a delicious lunch at Grandview Hotel in Wentworth Falls. Thank you Kat for an amazing day!!

Very well organized trip. Our guide operator, Menashe, nicely managed the whole tour and gave us enough time to enjoy some of the hot spots and chill out while hiking around Blue Mountains. Due to post Covid situation, some of the spots were closed and not operational. Nevertheless, Menashe made sure to accommodate all our requests and ensuring to get the best our of this experience. Highly recommended as a one day tour!

My husband and I did the Blue Mountain and Featherdale Wildlife tour our second day in Sydney. Everything about the tour was perfect. We had enough time to walk around and see things but not too much. Since the whole group came back on time each stop we got to make an extra viewing spot in the Blue Mountains. We would highly recommend you take this tour.

Riding out of Sydney watching the scenery change and you get to the blue mountains. seeing the 3 sisters and and the views from the look out points gives you a different view of what NSW is like.

We had overcast weather with rain and fog throughout the day but our guide, Manash (sp?) kept our spirits up with educational conversation about Sydney, Aboriginal culture, and The Blue Mountains. We were picked up in a Sprinter bus which was spacious, clean, and included USB ports for charging mobile phones. Meals in local restaurants and fare were included on this tour, except for The Blue Mountains scenic cable way and cable car (even though we couldn't see much through the thick fog it was still fun!). Would recommend this tour to all ages and groups!

Booked this tour on the advice of the hotel concierge. Picked up at 6:40 am for a day full of adventure. Sean was our driver/guide and did an exceptional job. Let mine just point out that the owner and staff live in the Blue Mountain area and are very knowledgeable and excited about the area. First stop, kangaroos in the wild. Breakfast on the barbie next and then the 3 sisters. Tram, vehicular and train rides are up next then off for an excellent lunch. Featherdale animal reserve is next were you will get a photo with a koala bear and view animals and birds native to Australia. You end your day with a ferry boat ride back to Circular Quay and arrive back at around 6pm. Wow, what a great day and everything is included in the price! Sean, thanks for a fantastic day.

Four of us booked this trip through the Four Seasons Hotel where we were staying in Sydney,we were picked up in the Mini-Bus early morning at our hotel and made our way out of the city given a guided tour as we went. Our first stop was to spot Kangaroos in the wild near to a military site where we were lucky enough to see a handful and from there we proceeded to a BBQ site where we had breakfast cooked and were able to take advantage of the toilet facilities. After breakfast we were then driven to an area with a Waterfall and had a short walk around the area being shown the Fauna etc.,i should mention that by this point the rain was pretty heavy and waterproofs were required, which luckily we had brought with us. We then moved on to the viewing point for the 3 Sisters but unfortunately due to the Mist cover and Rain were not at all visible, which was such a shame so we instead spent some time wandering along the various paths nearby and had a brief look around the souvenir shop and visitor centre. During our time here we also went on the Cable Car down to a walking area where we could walk around the trail at the bottom which was quite exhilarating in the rain.Afterwards we went back up on the Cable Car and onto the train and then another Cable Car but due to the mist cover was a bit like driving blind, but an experience nonetheless. Lunch followed in a local restaurant which was decent enough before heading off for Featherdale Wildlife Park, this was excellent and was the highlight of the day for most people, everything from Koalas and exotic Birds as well as Reptiles and even a Crocodile. To end the day off we then headed back to the Ferry port at Parramatta for the delightful cruise back to Circular Quay to disembark. A great day out and considering what you cover the price is very reasonable, shame about the weather but our guide who was excellent throughout and certainly kept our spirits up with his endless little stories with plenty of Aussie wit.

We spent today (Feb 2020) with Menashe on an all-day tour to the Blue Mountains and to Featherdale Animal Sanctuary, and then took the ferry back to Sydney (all included in the tour). My 21-year-old daughter was skeptical about going on a trip like this - but Menashe won her over within an hour! He is a WEALTH of knowledge and his attention to detail is unparalleled. He has a keen ear to listen to other's needs and perspectives. We were lucky to have a very small group of five (along with clear skies, no fire and relatively warm weather) and we got the ultimate personalized service. Both my daughter and I learned so much about the Mountains, the topography, the indigenous people, flora, fauna, birds, and Australian life in the Bush. It was a FUN, interactive history lesson and an amazing adventure all at once. We LOVED the koalas and kangaroos at Featherdale and were thrilled to actually touch an adorable koala. Menashe - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a truly memorable day we will never forget. Bottom line- take THIS tour with him! You will not regret it.
